The Nature Oasis "Le Fonti del Vascello"

After a beautiful day at the beach, you can relax in the unspoiled natural oasis called “Le Fonti del Vascello”. Established in 1988, the oasis is a resting place for a great variety of migratory birds such as the Wigeon and the Mallard, the ideal home for many varieties of reptiles and amphibians, the perfect place for the reproduction of Mediterranean flora. Here you can walk freely among the various ponds and lakes, characteristic for their aquatic plants, but at the same time, for the more curious, there is the possibility of guided and organized excursions that will lead you to the discovery of this natural oasis.

To further enhance the Park, environmental education programs have been instituted for schools, where children can learn and get to know the various animal and plant species present in this fantastic oasis. The main path that starts from the visitor center is also equipped for people with disabilities, who can fully enjoy this splendid nature walk.
